Novatelos was founded in 2026 by a small group of operators who had each built and scaled companies in the MENA region — and grown frustrated with capital that arrived without context.
The studio model was a deliberate answer: pair founders with the same operators who had already navigated the region's regulatory, distribution, and trust dynamics. Fewer companies, deeper conviction, shared destiny.
Today we operate from the USA, Riyadh, and Cairo, with a team of ten full-time studio operators and three investment partners. We build with founders we'd want to work for.

CEO
Youssef drives the company's overarching strategic vision and leads executive decision-making. Leveraging his proven track record of founding, scaling, and successfully exiting regional startups (via acquisition and IPO), he guides the company's growth trajectory, secures investor confidence, and ensures alignment across all departments to achieve long-term business objectives.
CTO
Ahmed oversees all engineering operations and product architecture. Drawing on his robust background as a tech leader at global fintech and software houses, he ensures the development of secure, scalable, and innovative technical solutions while managing the engineering teams to deliver on the product roadmap.
CCO
Ali spearheads revenue generation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. Utilizing his decade of specialized experience in emerging markets growth equity, he drives commercial strategy, identifies high-value investment opportunities, and optimizes the company's market positioning to maximize sustainable business growth.
Head of Operations
Nour ensures the structural efficiency and seamless day-to-day execution of the business. Acting as a multifaceted operating partner, she oversees critical operational pillars, including strategic portfolio recruiting, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and ensuring the operational infrastructure fully supports the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.
Head of AI & Automation
Moamen Leads the company's innovation in artificial intelligence and process automation, Moamen specializes in rapid prototyping and bringing complex technologies to market. Known for his ability to "build the v1," he brings a strong track record of engineering excellence, having successfully shipped four major tech products from their initial concepts all the way to full-scale operation.
Head of GTM
Omar directs the strategy for launching products and expanding market share, with a specialized focus on the climate and health systems sectors. He provides hands-on investment and portfolio company support, ensuring that new ventures have the tailored marketing, sales, and distribution strategies required to achieve successful market penetration and scale.
